Ala Carte items are available for all three packages and not included in the package price.

• Toilet—High-rise (disabled), bisque, Toto Brand
• Extra square footage for walls—Customer can add square footage of tile, as in the case of a wainscot.
• Fan motor for vent fan—if the existing fan is noisy (if a compatible motor can be found)
• Medicine cabinet (larger if space is available)
• Towel bars
• Tub refinish
• Mirrors at vanity (more ornate—special request item)
• Light fixtures
• Granite quality—Upgrades require additional fabrication
• Deco band in shower / tub area
• Niche in shower / tub surround wall
• Bench in the shower
• Removal of tub and conversion to walk-in shower
• Additional cabinetry (as in the case of a Master Bathroom)
